Spicy chorizo, bean and pepper fajitas.Spicy sausage, juicy kidney beans and colourful peppers wrapped in soft salsa tortillas – a quick and easy hunger-buster!

Ingredients

1 x Old El Paso Roasted Tomato & Pepper Fajita Dinner Kit
150g chorizo, sliced
1 x can red kidney beans, drained and rinsed
1 x onion, sliced
1 x red pepper, deseeded and sliced
1 x green pepper, deseeded and sliced
Sour cream to serve

Kit contains: 8 x Old El Paso Soft Salsa Tortillas, 1 x Old El Paso Roasted Tomato & Pepper Fajita Spice Mix, 1 x Old El Paso Roasted Tomato & Pepper Salsa

Instructions

1. Cook the chorizo in a large frying pan for 2-3 minutes until the sausage starts to release the oil, then add the onions and peppers and cook for another 2-3 minutes.

2. Pour in the Old El Paso Roasted Tomato & Pepper Fajita Spice Mix, add the kidney beans then stir-fry until the spice mixture coats everything well.

3. Warm the Old El Paso Soft Salsa Tortillas following the instructions on the pack.

Make it your way

Spoon some of the chorizo mixture onto an Old El Paso Soft Salsa Tortillas; add a dollop of the Old El Paso Roasted Tomato and Pepper Salsa and a generous helping of soured cream. Roll up and enjoy!
