Spicy bloody mary / virgin mary

A spicy classic – vodka tomato juice, lime, a hot kick of hot chilli sauce

5 minutes.Hot.Serves 1.

Ingredients

50ml Vodka
75ml tomato juice
1tsp Worcestershire sauce
Juice ½ large lime
Few drops hot chilli sauce sauce
Pinch salt and black pepper
Ice cubes
Celery stick

Instructions

1. Shake together all the ingredients, except celery, in a cocktail shaker.

2. Shake vigorously, then pour into a tall glass.

Make it your way

Add a stick of celery as an edible stirrer – stir and enjoy!

Cook’s tips

To make a Virgin Mary, leave out the vodka – simple!
