Old El Paso Free Prize Draw Leaflet Terms & Conditions
1. Prize draw open to residents of the United Kingdom (excluding Channel Islands and Isle of Man) aged 18 years or over.
2. Entrants must not be employees of the Promoter and their immediate families, employees of any agencies involved with the Promotion, or anyone else professionally connected with the Promotion.
3. The Promoter's decision is final on all matters and no correspondence will be entered into.
4. Closing date for receipt of entries is 18.00hrs on 10th December 2010.
5. Entry into the draw can only be made on the official entry leaflet either :
(i) put into the box at the the Old El Paso Sampling Team’s instore stand ; or
(ii) by post by sending your entry leaflet in a pre –paid envelope to Old El Paso Promotion, Active House,51 Wolsey Road, Esher, Surrey, UK, KT10 8NT
Photocopies of official entry leaflets will not be accepted.
6. Only one entry permitted per person via one of the entry routes.
7. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries that are misdirected, lost, delayed, damaged or corrupted during delivery or other reason whatsoever. The Promoter is not responsible for incorrect or inaccurate information supplied to the Promoter by the entrant in the entry. All entries become the property of the Promoter.
8. There are 3 prizes available, 1 per winner:
(i) Each prize is for a family theme park season ticket which is valid either for 2 adults and 2 children or 1 adult and 3 children. Children must be under 12 year of age, children over 12 years of age will be classed as an adult.
(ii) The season ticket provides access to the following UK attractions: Alton Towers, Chessington World of Adventures, London Dungeons, LegoLand at Windsor, The London Eye, Madame Tussaud's, Sea Life, Seal Sanctuaries, Thorpe Park, Warwick Castle and The British Airways London Eye.
(iii) The pass is valid for 12 months from date of issue.
(iv) Attractions included may be subject to change and other restrictions may apply. Some rides may not be suitable for people with physical disabilities. Entry to each theme park / venue is subject to its operator’s terms and conditions.
Note : Prize does not include travel or accommodation costs.
9. The prize winners will be selected at random by an independent judge from all entries received by the closing date. The prize winner will be contacted via telephone after the prize draw has taken place on 13th December 2010. If the prize winner is unable to make contact with the winner within 28 days of the draw, the Promoter reserves the right to re-allocate the prize. Other entrants will not be contacted/notified. For names and cities /counties of winners, please send a stamped addressed envelope to Old El Paso Promotion, Active House,51 Wolsey Road, Esher, Surrey, UK, KT10 8NT to arrive before 10th December 2010 .
10. No cash or other alternative prize is available in whole or in part except that in the event of circumstances outside the Promoter's control, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute a similar prize of equal or greater value at the Promoter’s discretion. The prize in whole or in part is non-transferable.
11. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse to award a prize if it has reasonable grounds to believe that the claimant has breached any of the terms and conditions or has been fraudulent or has acted contrary to the spirit of the promotion. Instructions printed in hard copy or online form part of these terms and conditions. By entering this prize draw, entrants confirm that they have read, accepted and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
