Old El Paso Website Competition Terms & Conditions

Entrants must be aged 18 or over and legal residents of the UK or [Republic of Ireland]. The draw is not open to employees of the Promoter, its agents or anyone professionally connected with the promotion (or their immediate families).

The prizes consist of a free Extra Mild, Super Tasty Fajitas Kit for each winner.

The Fajitas Kit will be delivered to the nominated address of each winner within 28 days of the monthly draw. The free prize draw will run every calendar month until and including February 2011.

Only one entry will be accepted per person. Entry to the competition will be deemed to constitute full acceptance of these terms and conditions.

To enter fill out the online form on the Old El Paso website including your name, email address, and home address. At the end of every month, 40 winning entrants will be picked at random, each recipient selected will receive a free kit. No purchase necessary to enter.

The draw will be conducted on the last day of every calendar month by an independent party. All eligible entries will be entered and the winners will be the first 40 entries drawn at random.
The prize is non-transferable and the Promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or higher value in the event that the prize is unavailable for any reason. There is no cash alternative to the prize.

The closing date for entries is 11.59 pm on the second to last day of each calendar month up to an including 28th February 2011. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any lost or delayed entries. Incomplete or illegible entries will not be accepted.
The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

The winners’ names and cities/counties can be obtained by sending an SAE after August 31st 2010 to Old El Paso Foods, PO Box 363, Uxbridge, Middlesex, UB8 1YT

The winners will be notified 7 days after each draw by email.
These terms and conditions are subject to English law and to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

Entry instructions form part of these terms and Conditions. By taking part in this free draw entrants are deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions.
