Summer nachos grande
This is a real classic - a hot and hearty baked dish of crunchy nachos, refried beans, jalapeño peppers and lots of melted cheese.



Ingredients
1 x Old El Paso Original Nachos Dinner Kit
1 x jar of Old El Paso Jalapeños
1 x can Old El Paso Refried Beans
1 x pot of Old El Paso Guacamole
1 x can of Green Giant Sweet Corn
75g grated cheese
Sour cream to serve
Old El Paso Nachips (200g) – Optional

Instructions
1. Pre-heat oven to 180°C (160°C for fan assisted ovens), gas mark 4.
2. Place a layer of the Old El Paso Nachips in a large baking dish then cover with Old El Paso Nachos Topping.
3. Spoon over dollops of the Old El Paso Refried Beans and scatter some sweet corn and about a third of the Old El Paso Jalapeños.
4. Cover with more Old El Paso Nachips and repeat, making 2- 3 layers. Finally, make a top layer of Old El Paso Nachips and top with grated cheese and scatter over a few more Old El Paso Jalapeños.
5. Bake for 10 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbling.
Make it your way
Serve straight from the oven with a generous dollop of guacamole and sour cream!
Cook’s tips
If you don’t like things too hot, replace the jalapeño chillies with little chunks of green pepper - that way you get all the colour without the heat!
