My top tips for best-ever burritos:For a hotter chilli, stir in chopped jalapeno peppers or deseeded fresh chilli peppers while frying up your meat or veggies. If you’ve overdone the heat, serve up with a big dollop of sour cream to cool things down! Always serve your burritos with tasty sides like 
guacamole, sour cream, grated cheese, chopped tomatoes, jalapeno peppers and refried beans. That way, everyone can make theirs just how they like them!

Burritos - it’s all in the fold!

Put your soft flour tortilla on a flat surface like a plate or chopping board.

Spoon your filling lengthwise down the centre, making it nice and thick but leaving a good space at the end of the tortilla.

Fold the end of the tortilla over the filling, so your chilli mix doesn't spill out of the bottom.

Fold one of the long sides over the top of the filling, using your fingers to push the edge against the filling to make sure the fold is tight.

Wrap the remaining long end over both folds, to make the perfect burrito!
