    Our Black Beans are already cooked - you just need to heat them up! Simply empty the can, drain the liquid, and rinse the beans under cold water. Then heat them up on either the hob or in the microwave:

    Hob: Toss them in a pan with a splash of oil and heat on medium for 4-5 minutes, stirring often.

    Microwave: Put them in a bowl, cover, and heat for about 2 minutes.
