  • 500g chicken breast, thinly sliced
  • Shredded carrots
  • Spring onions
  • 1 Old El Paso™ Mexican Fusion Teriyaki Flavour Fajita Kit


  1. Prepare the chicken
    Heat a little oil in a frying pan and sizzle the chicken over high heat for 5 minutes or until thoroughly cooked. Remove any excess liquid from the pan. Over medium heat, add the seasoning mix over the chicken and two tablespoons of water. Stir until well coated and water has evaporated.
  2. Heat the tortillas
    Microwave - pierce the pack and place it in the microwave. Heat for 35 seconds on full power(800watts).

    Flash in the pan - heat a pan and roast tortillas for 5 seconds on both sides. Wrap in a tea towel to steam.
  3. Prepare the fajitas
    Load the tortillas with seasoned chicken. Add the sauce and your desired toppings.

Expert Tips

  • Try the vegetarian version: replace chicken with Tofu!
